Northam Farm Holiday Park has had a fishing lake for over 30 years and is for the exclusive use of those who come on holiday to us. There is no charge but you will need a Northam Farm Fishing Permit and an Environment Rod License. Follow our link below to find out how you can obtain one.
Our lake contains a variety of fish: Crucian, Common, Ghost and Mirror Carp, Bream, Perch, Roach, Rudd, Tench and even the odd eel! Our on-site Premier Shop sells any bait you will need as well as starter kits for the novice who fancies having a go!
If you need any help or advice while here on holiday, we have many regular fishermen who would be happy to share their expertise with you.
If you do intend to fish whilst on holiday, we ask that you take a moment to read the Rules of the Lake at the foot of this page.
We hold three competitions each year in April, September and October for a small fee, all of which goes back into the pot to make up the prize money for first, second and third places. It is advisable that you reserve your place when you make your holiday booking as spaces are limited for this very popular event.
We always like to see your photos so email them to us at [email protected] and we will display them on our Bulletin Board in the holiday park reception or you may find them on our Facebook page or even on this page!
